I arrived at 11:40AM for an 11:45 appointment time. My previous doctor there Dr.

Aaron Klein, started a concierge program and is no longer accepting my medical insurance, so I made an appointment months in advance and I was guaranteed that Dr. Robert Schneider would be my new replacement doctor. After waiting for over an hour I was told that I would have to re-schedule because they couldn't accomodate me, and that Dr. Schneider chose not to be my new doctor, despite the previous guarantees from Dr.

Klein and the medical office staff there that he would be.

I was very upset and voiced my opinion about the lack of quality patient treatment that I felt I was experiencing. Several office staff members and two doctors, Dr. Slotnick and Dr. Schneider approached me and asked me what was going on?

Schneider was particularly rude and had I known what an arrogant jerk he was, I would never have wanted him as my doctor in the first place. Another patient approached me and she was similarly miserable at the horrible treatment she too was receiving. All in all, a tremendous waste of my precious time.

I would not recommend this disgusting medical office to anyone.

The office staff are very rude, I never see them smile, they all look miserable, and I feel that Dr. Robert Schneider is a total buffoon and an embarrassment to his entire medical profession.
